Who we are
Most custom builders hand your site off to an excavation subcontractor and hope the schedule holds. We don't. R.A. Bramstedt started in the dirt — clearing, grading, and moving earth across Grays Harbor — and grew into building the homes that sit on top of it.

Yes — that is the whole idea. We own our excavation equipment and run our own crews, so site prep, foundation, and construction stay under one roof. That means one point of accountability and a schedule we control from the first day.

Most custom homes run 8–12 months from foundation to handover, depending on size, site conditions, and weather. Because our own crews handle the sitework, we can often start sooner than a builder waiting on outside subs.
